I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the things I'm going to need to learn and implement in this program. Can I really do this?

Yes you can!! We are spreading out the content and strategically adding support as you go to make sure you can keep up and implement all the material. We completely understand that some people are starting this with very little time who have other responsibilities such as work, family and a life going on! So let me assure you, you can do this! This membership is available for you to work through at your own pace. You don't have to walk every single day, although you might be inspired to ;)

Do I need any special skills to pull this off?

Nope no skills needed. Just an open mind, a willigness to have a go and a love for mother nature, movement and self-development are a bonus!

The LIVE Q & A opportunities during our Journalling Workshops and Community Forum will provide you with extra support around this too.

I'm fairly new to therapy. Is this going to be right for me?

Abso-freaking-lutely! The Walking Session is essentially a space of all the things I wish I had known when I started! While working directly with a therapist is helpful for some, self-guided therapy is more beneficial to others. Oh hey and did I mention I used to be a psychologist so a lot of what I share will help get you started on your healing journey.
