I am a registered psychologist who specialises in walk and talk therapy and remote sessions across Australia.


My work focuses on performance psychology, anxiety, burnout and high-functioning individuals who look capable on the outside but feel pressure building underneath. I work with athletes, performers, professionals and driven individuals who want to strengthen their mindset, improve focus and manage stress without sacrificing their wellbeing.


Walk and talk therapy allows us to integrate movement into the therapeutic process, which can help reduce intensity, increase clarity and create momentum when you feel stuck. For clients who prefer flexibility, privacy or access from anywhere in Australia, I also offer structured remote sessions.


My approach blends clinical psychology, mindset training and evidence-based performance/sport psychology strategies. Sessions are practical, goal-oriented and tailored to your individual context, whether you are navigating pressure, rebuilding confidence or wanting to perform at your best without burning out.
