Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid listings on WalkAndTalkTherapy.com.

Listing Fees

Directory listings are offered on a paid subscription basis (e.g. annual listing).
 

All fees are clearly stated prior to purchase.

No Refunds

​

Unless required by law, all listing fees are non-refundable.

​

Refunds are not provided for:

​

  • change of mind

  • early cancellation

  • partial use of the listing period

  • failure to meet eligibility requirements

  • listing removal due to breach of Terms & Conditions

  • lack of enquiries or outcomes

Eligibility Responsibility

​

Practitioners are responsible for ensuring they meet the directory eligibility criteria before payment.

​

Payment does not guarantee approval or ongoing inclusion.

​

Listing Removal

​

We reserve the right to suspend or remove a listing at any time if it:

​

  • does not align with the directory’s purpose

  • contains inaccurate or misleading information

  • breaches our Terms & Conditions

​

Removal does not entitle the practitioner to a refund.

​

Cancellations

​

Practitioners may cancel their listing at any time.


Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not result in a refund for the current listing period.

​

Consumer Law

​

Nothing in this policy excludes rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
